Uplifting marginalized Canadians

Substance Cares is a not-for-profit organization committed to uplifting marginalized Canadians
by delivering bold, equitable opportunities
through groundbreaking programs.

Driven by Community

The Challenge We’re Addressing

Too many talented Canadians face unnecessary barriers to employment, inclusion, and opportunity.

Founded in 2017, Substance Cares is the not-for-profit arm of Substance Group, a Marketing Agency created by Neil Forester and Xavier Pinto to uplift overlooked communities through purpose-driven programs.

What began as volunteer work has grown into a national mission to empower marginalized voices across Canada.

WORKING FOR A STRONGER CANADA

Working with companies committed to building stronger communities across the nation

We work with forward-thinking organizations that believe doing good is good for business. Our partners support programs that create opportunity, strengthen communities, and deliver real impact.
