Founded in 2017, Substance Cares is the not-for-profit arm of Substance Group, a Marketing Agency created by Neil Forester and Xavier Pinto to uplift overlooked communities through purpose-driven programs.
What began as volunteer work has grown into a national mission to empower marginalized voices across Canada.

InclusiV is an annual, all-inclusive dance party in Toronto, featuring sensory-friendly elements and attracting over 2000 of attendees.
A first-of-its-kind national career fair to provide meaningful job opportunities and pathways to employment for autistic job seekers.
